Major update with many tweaks:

• Improved overall responsiveness and feel
• New UI font which is more readable (especially on smaller screens)
• Patient path is no animated to show direction
• Add procedural "EKG"-like background
• Add tooltips and descriptions to Affliction icons next to Spawns
• Levels 1-3 balanced
• Add minimal tutorial to Level1
